"Psssst! Hey You! Are You Embracing Your Trich?"

India Arie wrote a hit song called "I Am Not My Hair" years ago, and to this day it resonates with many women!

Our hair naturally makes us feel empowered and beautiful, although there's so much more to us than that.

How about you try this? Look inside of yourself, stare at your reflection in the mirror, show yourself "self-love" and have compassion whether or not you feel your hair is up to people's standards. You deserve to feel and look like the Queen you are, regardless of hair, nails, and make up!

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and beauty is YOU.

It's Time To Embrace Our Trich Out LOUD. We're In This Together I Promise!

Self Love is the Best Love

We all have flaws, and aspirations in life. If hair wasn’t a challenge for you, what is it that you’d be doing boldly in your life right now?

What The Heck Is Trichotillomania?

Trichotillomania (trik-o-til-o-MAY-nee-uh), also called hair-pulling disorder, is a mental disorder that involves recurrent, irresistible urges to pull hair directly from the follicles of your scalp, eyebrows or other areas of your body, despite trying to stop.

This topic isn't talked about often, and many suffer from and are defeated by it. Myself included!

Yes, I too have had many challenges for many years with this. And yes, I too have struggled with accepting the fact that I consistently pull my hair out. But I'm here to tell you that your social life is not over! This course will help you start a new chapter of life! The title is yours to pick and this is only the beginning!

An old photo of my Hair. I've had trichotillomania for many years, and I usually pulled from the sides of my "crown" (temple area).

Many of us react to our Trichotillomania in different ways. Some of us pull from our head, others pull from our eyelashes/eyebrows, and others pull from various other areas of our bodies.

Truth is, pulling out our hair may feel satisfying at the time. It may even be a reaction to stressful events going on our lives. Either way, once it's over and we realize we're only hurting ourselves, our confidence, and self-esteem. If you're like me, you may tend to beat yourselves up about it. We are our biggest critic!

For the people who do not think they can successfully “unlearn and relearn healthy habits”, I’m here to let you know that you’re in the right place and this course is for you! I’ll be with each of you personally, every step of the way. You’ll get Self love affirmations , weekly zoom calls, text support with accountability partners, and access to our private Facebook group plus more!

I want to endure this journey with you. I plan to be as transparent as possible. This topic is a sensitive topic, so it’s not talked about as publicly or as often as it could and should be. Here’s our platform to uplift, and love on each other while we change our lives together :-)
